First session I guide you to explore the patterns driving your feelings and emotions. You begin the change work to shift perspective physical tension and your internal narration to more positive aspects.
Ongoing sessions — as needed. Some people need three or four sessions. Others return periodically, the way you might return to a good coach. There is no programme to complete, no subscription to commit to. The work is led entirely by what you need.
